Coaching of Implementation




Through teams of functional experts, we assist implementing effective improvements, monitored and controlled by appropriate measures.

To do so,

  • we develop coaching by starting with the senior management team we trained during the early analysis phase.

  • we conduct workshops for the area management teams to prepare their roles and responsibilities in the improvement projects. We also train them on recognizing and managing resistance, measuring and reporting implementation progress and how to manage the daily activity of implementation.

  • we support and work with each employee and validate that they understand their roles and can apply it in their actual workplace.

  • we form a smaller subset of managers and employees as a project improvement team responsible for the project controlling and ongoing continuous improvement of the project.
